Yes Trek fans, the new theatrical trailer for JJ (Lost, Cloverfield) Abrams’ Star Trek (or Star Trek XI) came out this past weekend before James Bond – Quantum of Solace, and it’s just been released online! Featured in the preview is Heroes star Zachary Quinto as Spock and Chris Pine as the young Capt. Kirk. So, what part of the trailer caught our eye? How about the fact that Lil Jimmy drives a classic Corvette convertible off a cliff! Christ! We’d offer to fix it, but dammit Jim we’re bloggers, not mechanics!
