2008 Chevrolet Cobalt Review

This new model is outfitted with a 2.4L ECOTEC Engine. This dual overhead cam, 16-valve High Output engine proves the driver with exceptional performance and 171 horsepower; you’ll also be saving on gas with 22 city and 32 highway mpg. The 2008 model comes standard with a five-speed manual transmission, and it has a four-speed electronically controlled automatic transmission—with overdrive—available as an optional feature.
Another feature to note in this outstanding vehicle is Traction Control attribute, which comes standard on the Sport model. What it does is use ABS sensors to automatically detect and act to decrease wheel skidding. On the interior the driver is provided with an electronic GM Oil Life Monitor, DIC, two auxiliary power outlets, and the standard frontal & head curtain side-impact airbags.
